  •  Shipping
    We uses EMS,  Registered Airmail(Post Service). DHL, FedEX and or Common Carriers to ship your products. On some heavy items we will contact you by e-mail with detailed shipping quote to your area.

  • All credit card orders placed before 4:00 PM PST (Monday through Friday) will be shipped out on the following day.  Orders placed after Friday 4:00 PM PST will be shipped the next Monday.

  • Products from multiple-item orders will not be shipped individually. To save you money, your order will ship once all items from the same order are packaged together.

  • If you discover an error in your order requiring a change or cancellation, please contact us immediately , After an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

    1. Returns [Return policy]
      If you should need to return an item contact us by phone or E-Mail and request a RAN (Returned Authorization Number). Returned items MUST have the RAN (Returned Authorization Number) written BOLDLY on the box of the returned item. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All items returned must be in new and unused condition. We will issue a refund "less shipping and a 25% restocking fee" for orders made in error by the customer within 10 days of date shipped, or if you order a product and change your mind about the order and wish to cancel the order after the product has been special ordered for you a 25% restock fee still applies plus shipping charges. Carton must be un-opened and all product accessories, manuals, etc., intact, new and un-used. After this 10 day period, it is at the discretion of MUDOLL to accept any inventory back. Once a return authorization number has been issued, it is only valid for 15 days after issuance. After this 15 day period luts will refuse product.
      CLOSEOUTS, CUSTOM ORDERS AND DEMO ITEMS are not returnable. SPECIAL ORDER items that are not regular in stock items are also not returnable.
